Cookies
Cookie policy
Oceanview runs one essential key plus two optional categories you control.
Three kinds of storage
Until you decide, only the necessary key is written.
| Category | Name | Purpose | Lifetime |
|---|---|---|---|
| Necessary | ovr_consent_v1 (local storage) | Holds your answer to the cookie panel | 12 months |
| Analytics | Placed by an analytics service once allowed | Measures visits and the entries people open | Up to 13 months |
| Advertising / affiliate | Placed by referral partners once allowed | Links a reservation back to an oceanview click | Partner-defined, commonly 30 days |
Revisiting your answer
The footer of every oceanview page carries a Manage cookies button that reopens the switches. Wiping this site's data in your browser has the same effect. Browsers that transmit Global Privacy Control keep the advertising category disabled automatically.
