oceanviewcasinoresort.com is a travel guide; it is not a hotel or casino and takes no bookings.

Oceanview is meant for people aged 18 and above, rising to 21 in places whose laws apply that threshold to resort venues.

No ties of ownership
None of the ten hotels belongs to the company behind this guide, and no property paid to appear. The running order reflects our own editorial view of each stay.
Hotels and booking sites
Oceanview has no control over hotels, reservation platforms or any outside website, and accepts no responsibility for their rate changes, resort fees, security deposits, cancellation rules or room availability. A reservation you make binds you and that outside business, not us.

As far as the law permits, oceanview is not liable for losses caused by acting on its content. Consumer guarantees that cannot legally be excluded, including those under the Australian Consumer Law, remain in force.
Which law applies
The law in force in New South Wales, Australia applies to these conditions, and its courts may hear disputes about them, without excluding other competent courts.
